Rare copy, pressed in the usa, for the uk market. This is probably due to the shortage of vinyl caused by the 1973 oil crisis. The labels have the uk catalogue number (DJLPD 1001) and state "made in usa". Matrix numbers: MCA 354-W2 , MCA 355-W2, MCA 356-W1 and MCA 357-W1. Housed in uk trifold cover. Professionally cleaned on an ultrasonic record cleaning machine.
