Description

You're looking at a USED 2-LP set of drummer Elvin Jones' Live At The Lighthouse, originally released in 1972 via Blue Note Records, This classic modal jazz album (essential for lovers of John Coltrane-style explorations) features bassist Gene Perla and both former and future Miles Davis sidemen David Liebman and Steve Grossman, on tenor and soprano saxophones (Liebman also plays flute).


This is the US issue with the auto-coupled records, specifically produced for automatic record changers.

In other words:

  • LP 1 has Sides 1 & 4
  • LP 2 has Sides 2 & 3

Catalog # BN-LA015-G.


Both LPs are in EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT (NM-) condition with light hairline marks and paper scuffs.  Both play smoothly with no issues.  Side 4 has a stain and some blue pen ink over the notes.

Double gatefold sleeve is VERY GOOD+ as there's remnants of a price sticker on the upper left corner.   Otherwise, light wear to the edges.
