Elvis, The Original Cast Album Recorded Live at The Astoria Theatre.
Featuring P.J. Proby, Shaki n Steve ns, Timothy Whitnall and Fumble.Scarce original combination of the programme and the 1978 UK pressed Astoria Records stereo LP, AST 1.
This LP was sold at the show and never available commercially.
Vinyl a strong EX plus to near mint. Just one light spider trail mark visible to each label at centre spindle areas, indicating one or two plays at most. Playing surfaces still have an as new sheen and display just a couple of wispy and superficial hairline scuff marks.
Fully glossed sleeve also extremely well preserved. Due to the sleeve being glossed rather than laminated, and having large areas of black, many of these sleeves suffer wear and rubbing. This one is close to near mint with barely any signs of rubbing or wear, and crisp seams and corners. There are just traces of storage whitening dots to joints and along bottom edge, but this is all very minor. The bottom internal backflap has become ungummed but merely needs reapplying.
The programme is in excellent condition, clean and unmarked with just fractional handling creasing.
