Description
Up for auction is a signed 2Lp vinyl set of ELVIS COSTELLO with ANNE SOFIE VON OTTER called 'For The Stars' released by Deutsche Grammophon (cat. no. 469 411-1) in 2001. This 2Lp vinyl set is a very rare find these days as the album is long deleted!
The matt-finished fold-out RECORD COVER is in EXC- condition. There's NO ring-wear, NO deletion holes or saw-marks of any kind, NO splits to any seams, NO unwanted writing, etc.! The only thing that prevents me from a higher grading is a bumped bottom let corner (please have a look at the images!).
The printed LYRIC INNER SHEET is in NEAR MINT condition!
Both RECORDS are unplayed and will grade NEAR MINT. All four sides are mirror-like and without any blemishes to report of!
This high-quality pressing is a very rare record indeed! All known copies came signed by both artists. ANNE SOFIE VON OTTER signed in silver marker pen, ELVIS COSTELLO in black marker pen onto his chin.

The album will be mailed to the lucky winner in a stiff cardboard record box with extra cardboard stiffeners for best possible protection during transport! The experience and fun of buying records on eBay is ruined if you discover that – once the album arrives – they are either not in the condition stated or have been damaged in the post! GRADING GUIDE:
MINT: The Record Itself Is In Brand New Condition With No Surface Marks Or Deterioration In Sound Quality. The Cover And Any Extra Items Such As The Lyric Sheet, Booklet Or Poster Are In Perfect Condition. Records Advertised, As Sealed Or Unplayed Should Be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The Record Shows Some Signs Of Having Been Played, But There Is Very Little Lessening In Sound Quality. The Cover And Packaging Might Have Slight Wear And / Or Creasing.
VERY GOOD: The Record Has Obviously Been Played Many Times, But Displays No Major Deterioration In Sound Quality, Despite Noticeable Surface Marks And The Occasional Light Scratch. Normal Wear And Tear On The Cover Or Extra Items, Without Any Major Defects, Is Acceptable.
