Description

From my personal collection, this is a rare original UK first pressing of ELVIS COSTELLO'S LP THIS YEAR'S MODEL.  It is on the F-Beat label and has the catalogue number RAD 3.
The vinyl is in mint condition.  The inner sleeve is in mint condition. The outer picture sleeve has a tiny amount of light wear in the two lower corners and is therefore in near mint condition.
The first 1,000 of these pressings contained the following text etched next to the run-off groove on side 1: "Special pressing No. 003 Ring Moira on 434 3232 for your special prize". The first few people who phoned in received a 10" x 8" photo (with printed autograph and written message "Thanks for writing. I'm busy in Paradise right now") and a badge with the text "Elvis Costello. This Year's Model. Made In 1955 For 1984". (THIS IS ONE OF THESE VERY LIMITED PRESSINGS!)

This version has the sleeve printing deliberately offset by about 1 inch so that the spine appears on the back and a printer's colour chart appears on the front.
