Description

From 1956, comes Elvis Presley with his EP Blue Suede Shoes on RCA EPA747. The paper sleeve that accompanies this record is ULTRA-RARE!!! RCA was short (for about a day) the hard cover sleeves for this EP, which is his first, and so they substituted this paper sleeve featuring the title of the EP and listing the other songs on it. The other songs are: Tutti Frutti, I Got A Woman, and Just Because. This sleeve was only in use for about a day or so (until the new hard covers arrived from the printer later that day) , and that is why it is so rare!

The sleeve is missing approximately 1/3 of an inch of paper along the upper half of the right side. The top of the sleeve is banged, but I believe most of the paper is there. There is also a loose piece of paper from the top which accompanies this sleeve. I would rate the condition of this sleeve as poor because of the missing paper. remember, this is an ULTRA-RARE sleeve and may be your only chance to get one! This item is from my personal collection! The last time I saw one was in 1982 and it just had sold for $1500!!! In 29 plus years, I've only seen two of these!

Record included, condition not important.
