Description
This is a lot consisting of FOUR ORIGINAL 1955 U.S. RCA VICTOR RECORDS 7" 45 RPM SINGLES PLUS ONE 1960s ERA RCA VICTOR GOLD STANDARD REISSUE 7" 45 RPM SINGLE containing the very first five Elvis Presley singles originally issued by Sun Records between 1954 and 1955. The first thing RCA Victor did after they purchased Elvis Presley's contract from Sun Records was to reissue the five original; Sun singles; four of the five 45s in this lot are the original 1955 first RCA issues of four of those original Sun singles - The fifth 45 in this lot is a 1960s era RCA Victor 'Gold Standard Series' reissue of the one single I do not currently have in the original 1955 RCA Victor pressing, I have included this one later issue in the interest of the completeness of this lot in regard to the five original Elvis Sun singles. The four original 1955 issue singles come packaged in their original RCA Victor stock company sleeves. Details are as follows:

Condition of play surface of all five of these 45s is somewhat better than is usually seen at mid to high VG+ with all five records having a small to very moderate amount of surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play. A couple of the labels have some contact wear as can be seen in my accompanying image, all of the labels have a little bit of wear around the center hole, labels have no other real flaws. Condition of the four original RCA Victor stock company sleeves is VG+ with various minor flaws including some wrinkles, some staining (one sleeve only), a couple of very tiny tears along the top edges, and some wear along the edges, company sleeves have no splits, writing, or major tears. This lot would be a choice addition to any Elvis Presley or rockabilly record collection! Media mail postage within the U.S. is $3.50.
