1977 Arcade ADEP 12. Extremely rare Blue label double LP in gatefold sleeve.

Around Twenty years ago a massive Elvis fan told me that the 40 greatest hits came in Two versions the massively common Yellow labels and an extremely rare Blue label version. Since then I have only ever seen Four copies of the Blue, and I have searched high and low. The first copy I saw was around Seven years ago and the lady would not part with it, the second copy was a mashed copy that I got for £3.00 and gave away to another big Elvis fan I know, that believed the Blue labels to be a MYTH. The Third copy I got around Three years ago and is in excellent condition.

The copy I have for sale is the fourth and was found today (5th Nov) and is offered to all Elvis completests who know how massively rare this Blue label version is. It is in all round excellent condition and its a shame that some one has scribbled on the front, other wise would be close to a perfect copy.

The Sleeve is in excellent condition showing minute signs of storage wear and a patch of pen scribble which can be seen in the pics (would be near mint otherwise), inside of the gatefold is near perfect which is quite rare for this album

The Vinyls are in mint- condition showing the odd very fine hairline paper cut which are barely visible even under a strong light, these are generally caused by taking the record out of its Inner Sleeve. As mentioned the Labels are the virtually impossible to find Blue and show signs of just a few plays
