This ep jacket is like new, the white lettering is still bright white! It has no stains or rips. Looks Vg+ to me.

As for the wax itself, I play test every record I list on ebay right before the listing to insure a proper description.

The ep play perfect on my 45 suitcase player.The vinyl is very nice and clean with no scuffs or scratches
