Description
A 1958 original issue of the UK Fan Booklet Music Magazine: “65 Stars Of 6.5 Special”. Front cover star : Elvis Presley. A magazine printed to capitalise on the success of the 1957 / 1958 UK TV Music Programme 6.5 Special. Front and back cover is detached- as designed and sold. The front and back cover were only ever attached to the inside contents by small adhesive tabs. The front cover folds out for a large picture of Tommy Steele.

This comes from the collection of respected music writer and journalist Roy Carr and was used for research and publishing purposes for the book ‘Elvis Presley - The Complete Illustrated Record’ by Roy Carr and Mick Farren published in 1982.
Condition:- Cover:- Poor:- no writing, 2.5 inch both sides fold split, creasing, rear left 0.5 inch x 0.5 inch corner missing, tab staining. Contents: Very Good: Complete, no loose pages, no writing, no tears, no creasing, minor ageing, minor edge wear.
