Ive had this LP, as an 'early Elvis' fan for 15 to 20 years. but I now think it's time to pass it on for someone else to have. The condition is excellent. I really doubt if there is a better one especially the sleeve which looks as if it could have come out of a record shop yesterday. The record has hardly any evidence of 'spindle marks. But there is some 'rubbing off' of the gold lettering especially on side two. I have NEVER played it until today, and just the once. It played perfectly with minimal background noise to my old ears. I didn't realise how good old vinyl sounds.I copied it to CD but would not know how to let you hear it via ebay. I do not know how to grade records so I've enclosed quite a few photographs to show how good an example this one is. I'm NOT including the glazed display frame only because I would not be prepared to risk posting it. If you were lucky to win this auction and wanted to pick up the record you can do so and you could have the display frame.. I think it cost me about £35 to have made up. Any questions, just ask but I'm not very technical.
N.B. I played the CD last night twice. There is a 'plop' (if thats a term) not a jump on the last line of the last song on the LP.
I dont want to touch it, even wipe it or play it again.
