- Vinyl Grade A/B: VG+ / VG play grade
- Notes: A clean copy & clean labels with vinyl having nice finish, although record has some superficial spindle marks that created light background surface noise on A Side, that was somewhat heavier on B Side
- Sleeve: Original cardboard picture sleeve included with titles at top and is in VG+ condition; it has some light age wear and main flaw is at lower rh corner, where seam is open less than a half-inch and a paper tear blem also exists, although on front only (see photo); otherwise all seams are solid and price written lightly in pencil on back
- Info: 21 year old Elvis Presley's first EP on the RCA label.
