Original USA 1st Press from 1967, 1S-Stamps both sides in trail-out-grooves!
Very rare MONO issue, LPM-3893, Black RCA Victor DOT, Monaural
Promotional issue! Backcover stamped "NOT FOR SALE PROMOTION USE ONLY" and Original Elvis/ RCA Victor Innersleeve with same Promo not for sale-stamp (picture 3);
Original Bonus Photo included!
Clambake is one of the last RCA LPs which were still isued in MONO and Stereo. Record buyers demand after MONO records was very low in the late 1960s, most copies were produced for Radio Stations. The last Elvis RCA Monaural pressings, Clambake, Gold 4 and Speedway fetch high collectors prices since collecting Elvis records became popular. This Clambake MONO US Original has 1s stamps on both sides of vinyl, Backcover has PROMO stamp. The same stamp is also on the Original innersleeve. Original "Wedding"-Bonus Photo is included makes this a compete set in great condition. Great offer, not only a MONO, also a Promo!
Absolut rare MONO-Erstpressung der Elvis LP "Clambake" von 1967 mit 1S-Stempeln auf beiden Seiten der Auslaufrillen. Zu dieser Zeit wurden vor allem Stereo-Platten nachgefragt und hergestellt, während Mono ein Auslaufmodell war. Die Lps Clambake, Gold Records Vol. 4 und Speedway sind die letzten RCA MONO-Pressungen und erzielen heute je nach Zustand hohe drei- bis vierstellige Sammlerwerte, größtenteils wurde diese an Radio Stationen verteilt. So wohl auch in diesem Fall: Es handelt sich um eine Promo-Variante, Backcover UND Innenhülle mit eingeprägtem Promo-Stempel. Original Bonus Photo ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Komplettes Set in sehr gutem und gepflegtem Zustand!
Condition:
Cover: VG+ very nice overall condition, some wear to frontcover, great backcover, spine ok, light tears, sehr ordentlicher Gesamtzustand, leichte Gebrauchsspuren und Abnutzung
LP/ record: EX++/MINT- great condition, only a few marks/ minimal scratches seen under bright light, Labels Near MINT sehr guter Zustand, nur sehr wenig bespielt;
Bonus Photo: Front-and Backside close to Near MINT sehr guter Zustand
