Description

A great opportunity to buy an ORIGINAL copy of a VINYL LP from the 50's by Elvis Presley called " Elvis' Christmas Album."

A mint copy of this rarity has a current book value of £100.

This is a U.K. pressing released in 1957 on the RCA label (black / silver spot) (RD 27052 mono) having a total of 12 tracks (see photos for track listing).

Visually the vinyl is in a clean and shiny condition. I always grade records under a strong light and it is clear there are some surface marks on the vinyl, though nothing deep as far as any light scratches are concerned.  I have played both sides and they play as EXCELLENT. Overall I would grade the vinyl as in VERY GOOD condition.

The labels are clean and free from any writing or major defects, though there are many spindle marks evident when viewed from an angle.

The matrix numbers are:- H2PP-6526-1B  and  H2PP-6527-1B.

The record is housed within an authentic 1950's RCA poly-lined inner sleeve in VERY GOOD condition.

The picture cover is a front & back laminated flip-back sleeve, showing signs of its age with some minor wear at each corner and wear evident along the opening edge. There has been a small repair made to the top right corner. There is also some lifting of the laminate in a few places and on the back, part of the bottom flip-back is missing. Overall I would grade the cover as in GOOD condition. Having said all of that, it is still a very presentable example of a 53 year old original issue of one of Elvis' famous records.
