The sleeve is a generic RCA Victor Japan company sleeve made from thin card with a paper information sheet pasted on. There is a side seam split about 4cm long.

UK postage is by Tracked 48 at £3.29 (i.e. the price the P.O. charges). I use Royal Mail only.
