     This is by far the best condition Don't Be Cruel/ Hound Dog! / Elvis Presley picture sleeve with record I have ever owned! The pictures don't do it enough justice. The record looks virtually unplayed! There is only the smallest amount of age discoloration on the very top of the front of sleeve and at the bottom of the reverse side of the sleeve. There are two very tiny vertical tears at the top opening (less than an 1/8 of an inch each). There are two very light creases (one extremely light horizontal crease to the left of Elvis's head on the front cover and one that can be seen in photo which was created by the record). Ringwear is almost non-existent as only the very embryonic beginning of it shows up on the top left of the sleeve. You would be hard-pressed to find another rare version of this great Elvis single in this state of excellence. I have been the owner of this record for about twenty years and have always kept it seperated from its sleeve with my rarest records. I bought this at an estate sale with a stack of other records that a woman had kept in her RCA Victrola cabinet for 30 years but hadn't played (believe me,my hands were shaking). The sleeve and record will be seperated by an acid-free separator in a poly sleeve when mailed in a heavy duty corrugated record mailer. I only sell VG to (truly) "near mint" records and I strive for the most accurate description I can provide. Please be sure to check out my "Seller Feedback" and bid with confidence! CONDITION: VINYL - NEAR MINT / PICTURE SLEEVE (RARE "DON'T BE CRUEL" ON TOP) - VERY GOOD++  (PLEASE NOTE: WHAT "LOOKS LIKE A BROWNISH STAIN" IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT HAND CORNER OF ELVIS'S SIGNED PORTRAIT IS ACTUALLY JUST THE ORIGINAL GLUE OF THE SLEEVE "BLEEDING THROUGH" AND IS NOT A DEFECT. )
