Il fonoincisore che è un particolare tipo di tornio, impiegato nell'industria discografica, per l'incisione di matrici utilizzate come master per la stampa in serie di dischi in vinile. Per tale motivo è noto anche come tornio incisore di matrici per dischi in vinile.
L'acetato altro non è che il secondo passo (dei cinque previsti) per la realizzazione del disco finale, una copia di alta qualità incisa in positivo ottenuta direttamente dal master della sala di registrazione (una volta era solo su nastro) prima di passare al metal master negativo utilizzato per stampare industrialmente i dischi in vinile.
Prima di andare in stampa solitamente si producono i test pressing. Il test pressing non è altro che una prova di stampa, prodotta in poche copie per verificare che il prodotto non presenti difetti di produzione. E’ importante sapere che il test pressing è un vinile stampato ed è esattamente uguale a quelli che saranno prodotti successivamente in serie. Pertanto, qualora ci siano difetti è necessario ri iniziare l’intera produzione. E’ importante non confondere il test pressing con il transfer audio su vinile. Sono due cose diverse, con funzioni diverse.
Il test pressing è uno strumento molto importante al fine di verificare la qualità delle matrici che verranno utilizzate per produrre il vinile. Il test pressing essendo un vero e proprio vinile stampato permetterà di stabile se sono presenti difetti come salti di puntina, rumori eccessivi, chiusura del solco a fine corsa e così via. In caso il test pressing presenti reali problemi bisognerà procedere nuovamente con la produzione delle matrici (1-3) ed effettuare nuovi test pressing.
Nota Bene : - i dischi in studio cosiddetti in acetato sono tagliati su una macchina per scopi di test, e la superficie di registrazione è morbida. L'ascolto ripetuto diminuisce la qualità del suono e dopo diversi ascolti ci sarà un po 'di un sibilo / rumore . Questo non è colpa dell'ingegneria; perchè i dischi in acetato non sono stati progettati per un uso costante e ripetuto.

The fonoincisore which is a particular type of lathe, used in the music industry, for etching of dies used as a master for printing in series of vinyl records. For this reason it is also known as lathe engraver of matrices for vinyl records.
The acetate is nothing more than the second step (the five provided) for the realization of the final disc, a copy of high quality engraved in a positive obtained directly from the recording room master (once was on tape only) before moving to the metal negative master used to print vinyl records industrially.
Before going to press usually produces the pressure test. The pressure test is nothing more than a test print, produced in a few copies to make sure that the product has a manufacturing defect. It 'important to know that the pressure test is a printed vinyl, and is exactly the same as those that will be produced later in the series. Therefore, if there are flaws we need to re start the entire production. It 'important not to confuse the test pressing with the audio transfer on vinyl. Are two different things, with different functions.
The pressure test is a very important tool in order to verify the quality of the matrices that will be used to produce the vinyl. The pressure test being a real vinyl printed will be stable if there are defects such as needle dropping, excessive noise, closing the groove at the end of the race and so on. If the present real test pressing problems must again proceed with production of the matrices (1-3) and perform new test pressing.
Please note :- Studio Acetate records are cut on a machine for test purposes, and the recording surface is soft. Repeated playing decreases the sound quality and there will be a bit of a hiss / noise to them. This is no fault of the engineering; acetate records were not designed for constant repeated use.

Make it clear that I will not have a professional seller and who are less experienced professional sellers, that the conditions of use or better grade vinyl is made only visually. The discs are displayed both in daylight and under a halogen light from one person to maintain consistency.

If you are not satisfied with our gradation of any disk simply return the disc within 14 days ( at your expense) of receipt and we guarantee a refund for the full amount of the payment.

Voglio Precisare che non sono un venditore Professionale e che sono meno esperto dei venditori professionisti, che Le condizioni d'uso o meglio la gradazione dei vinili è fatta soltanto visivamente . I dischi vengono visualizzati sia sotto la luce del giorno e sotto una luce alogena da 1 persona per mantenere la coerenza.
Mentre la maggior parte dei nostri clienti sono d'accordo con i nostri voti, ci rendiamo conto che la gradazione è una questione soggettiva e le opinioni a volte divergono. Se non siete soddisfatti con la nostra gradazione di qualsiasi disco è sufficiente restituire il disco entro 14 giorni ( a vostre spese ) dal ricevimento e garantiamo il rimborso per l'intero importo del pagamento .
Inoltre se rimanete soddisfatti dell'acquisto vi siamo grati se inserirete molte belle stelline, al contrario se non siete soddisfatti non siate impulsivi non emettete subito un giudizio negativo e dannoso ( ci vuole 1 anno prima che un giudizio negativo scompare dal conteggio totale dei nostri feedback ) perchè siamo pronti ad accontentarvi in qualsiasi modo purchè voi rimaniate contenti sempre rimanendo nei canoni della correttezza e del sano rapporto acquirente-venditore.
