Description
Original 1st pressing from 1957. Deadwax machine stamps (1S, 1S). Gatefold album cover with 9 picture booklet intact. RCA LOC-1035. The gatefold album cover is a strong VG+: light corner wear (bottom right has a little more); very light seam and spine wear (all the gold printing on the spine is clear and legible); on the front cover there are some long indentation lines to the right of Elvis's face that aren't real visible and don't break the surface; the 10 page booklet with 9 pics of Elvis is intact and in great shape. The vinyl is VG+: some fine lines, some scuffing and superficial abrasion lines but no scratches you can feel; some very fine scratches on both labels. Play tested all the way through with light surface noise in some quieter songs and passages but none of the surface noise is distracting or overpowering. 9 pics.
