ELVIS PRESLEY "ELVIS HIT ALBUM" CP-1088. RARE JAPANESE COMPACT 33 BLUE LABEL EP
I am thinning out my lifetime collection of records, cds, books, vintage clothing, vintage household items etc etc over the coming months (or years!). I have been collecting all things 1950s for nearly 40 years & a lot of it has to go … to make room for new acquisitions! Please check out my “other items” for more great stuff.
The first of HUNDREDS of Elvis EPs & Lps from all corners of the world that I'll be listing over the coming months / years. This rare Japanese EP, is one of the COMPACT 33 series, playing at 33rpm not the usual 45. The cover shows plenty of wear but retains a pretty good sheen for it's 60 plus years. Labels look terrific, with only very slight marks but no stickers etc. Record itself has plenty of light wear marks seen under bright light that I tried to photograph but still plays well with some background noise (it's uncleaned & a clean could improve it) but no skips or jumps.
