MEGA RARE ORIGINAL 1st ISSUE LABEL (DIFFERENT SPACING)
MEGA RARE BLUE LETTER OVERSIZED SLEEVE
ALL IN NOT SO GOOD CONDITION
PHOTOS AND AUDIO DISCLOSE THE RECORD AND SLEEVE CONDITION--LOOK!
The whole point of this listing is to offer something incredibly rare to a collector who might choose to upgrade either the sleeve or the disc, or perhaps to frame the entire package.
SLEEVE: Elvis fans know this story and all about this sleeve. It is certainly rare to find this one in any condition and it is rough for sure. Obviously, the original owner tore it open but nobody knew back then. There is also some faded writing on the front.
LABELS: Both sides are pretty good but obviously worn. No holes, stickers or writing was evident. This is the first variant of this label. Most later versions have the spacing more balanced but this one was designed as if it were to include 3 titles. That was corrected later.
VINYL DISC:
Not very good but we decided to record the entire thing (both sides) so you can decide. Side 1 plays pretty good on Cut 1 and you hear a skip or 2 on Cut 2. This side is tolerable but Side 2 is a mess. Lots of skips on both Cuts at multiple, many points. Not good for sure but we were bold enough to record it anyway.
SUMMARY:
This one is being listed as an auction with an extremely low opening bid. BUT we are including an "offer" option as well. Someone might upgrade or maybe frame it and make it look like the classic it is. Good luck.
