Sleeve: Original RCA  

Vinyl: VG+ Multiple Light scratches and scuffs.Inspected under intense fluorescent light.Nice gloss.

Disc: Long Play. Black label, All print on label print is silver. "NEW ORTHOPHONIC" HIGH FIDELITY on side. Title above spindle hole in small font.  Side 1, track 3 on two lines. Side 2, track 5 on one line.
