Description
ARTIST - ELVIS PRESLEY TITLE - ELVIS' CHRISTMAS ALBUM LABEL - RCA CATALOG NO - LOC-1035
RECORD GRADING - VG COVER GRADING - VG INSERT GRADING - EX
The insert pages are excellent. No loose or marred pages. The cover has some moderate age and shelf wear. Some outer edge rub marks and corner bumps. Some very minor tears on the spine overlap, but it is still all intact. The record has some fuzziness and crackles on the first two tracks of Side One. The rest of the tracks play with light crackles. There are some prominent scuffs on the first two tracks. Side Two plays very well with some light crackles. It clears up quite nicely by the third track. Overall a very strong player for this album.
Original very first pressing with 1S/1S stampers in the dead wax. The letter "H" precedes the stamper numbers, so this is a West Coast Hollywood pressing.
Side One dead wax reads: H2 PP6526 1S, the number 65 is offset to the left Side Two dead wax reads: HS PP6527 1S, with what appears to be a C2 offset to the left.
Great Elvis album that came out in October 15th 1957, 66 years ago!
thanks for looking.

Combined Shipping: I can combine shipping (except for international) Many times it means I can ship more records U.S. for a lower cost than if paid for individually.

International bidders - eBay International Standard Delivery will not allow combined shipping.
International Shipping: I ship using eBay's International Standard Delivery. This sends the item to a shipping center in the U.S. and they send it off from there.

And as always, I do not change values on customs labels. Thank you.
VJ'S VINYL GRADING SYSTEM:
(based on Goldmine)
If graded Mint - never used, once a record is opened, the top you can get is mint minus.
If graded Mint Minus or Near Mint (NM) - A great record, one or two fine hairline scuffs, sounds flawless. A mint minus record can "play" mint. Covers are new looking, may have shrink wrap.
If graded Excellent (EX) - Can have faint hairline scuffs that do not affect play. Can have very minor infrequent crackling. Minor bumps in the cover.
If graded Very Good plus (VG+) - Scuffs can be more prevalent, with a little more surface noise. If it visually has more scuffs but plays great, I will note that. Still, a very fine and playable copy. Covers have minor age and shelf wear.
If graded Very Good (VG) - Can have lots of hairline scuffs, and maybe one or two scratches. Surface noise is more prevalent with some popping in spots. Covers have more extensive age and shelf wear. Minor splits.
If graded Very Good minus (VG minus) - More in the way of scratches and surface noise is NOT infrequent. Still, a viable copy. Covers may have splits.
If graded Good plus (G+) - only reserved for a very rare or popular record. Very noisy, maybe some skips, scratches are evident. Covers are trashed.
If graded STILL SEALED - I will grade the vinyl as "still sealed." That means it's probably mint minus because I do not know if there were any factory defects.
If reported to have Hairline scuffs - light yet visible. Cannot be felt with the skin of your finger.
If stated to have Scratches - Can be felt.
If reported, Age wear - on a cover is either fading or yellowing.
If reported, Shelf wear - is ring wear, corner bumps, or fraying.
If I am on the fence between grades, I will go with the lower one.
I will not use VG++ etc., but will say that a record is a "strong" VG+.
