ELVIS PRESLEY – ELVIS’ CHRISTMAS ALBUM (LPM-1951) RARE “MONO” PRESSING FROM 1963-64!

RECORD:  NM- Hollywood pressing with original glossy surfaces! There are just a couple number of very light paper sleeve scuffs and one other longer scuff that have no effect on the audible performance. This RARE Second Pressing played beautifully from start to finish on test! The “Silver Top, MONO”  labels are simply gorgeous, NM! Hollywood was the primary pressing plant for these rare labels from late 1963 through late 1964. In fact they were the exclusive pressing plant for the “Silver Top” STEREO & MONO labels for the album, “Roustabout”. First Pressings of “Elvis’ Christmas Album” with the “Long Play” labels are far more commonly seen than these “MONO” label copies. This album was originally released in November of 1959 and includes the ever-popular, “Blue Christmas” as well as many other Christmas favorites. The matrix numbers on this record end with 10S/13S.

COVER: NM- with very minimal wear, specifically at the corner tips. Ring wear is very scant and barely worthy of mention. The original store price sticker remains fully affixed on the back side, to the upper right corner. A beautiful cover! The original gray “RCA Victor” inner sleeve is included.
