ELVIS PRESLEY – ELVIS’ GOLD RECORDS, VOL. 2 (LSP-2075) SCARCE, FIRST STEREO PRESSING with “STAGGERED STEREO”, RARE LABEL VARIANT!
RECORD: NM with stunning, glossy surfaces! Many would call this record “stone cold MINT” but I choose to remain conservative in my grading. This is a 1962 First Pressing which was pressed at the Hollywood pressing plant. The “Staggered Stereo” labels are stunning, Near Mint! What’s more, the Side 1 label reads “50,000,000 Elvis Presley Fans Can’t Be Wrong” above the spindle hole and all on one line, where the Side 2 label reads “50,000,000 Elvis Presley Fans” on one line and “Can’t Be Wrong” on the second line above the spindle hole! “Elvis’ Gold Records, Vol. 2” is seen on both labels, beneath the spindle hole. During the early 1960’s, Hollywood produced the most attractive record labels, hands down over the other two pressing plants! The matrix numbers end with 1S/1S.
COVER: VG++ (EXC) and showing some yellowing from age on the front. There is an upper left corner bend near the tip. Minimal ring wear is noticed on both sides of this glossy cover. There are no seam splits, tape, writing or staple holes anywhere on this cover. The original gray “RCA Victor” inner sleeve is included.

All records are shipped in the correct cardboard folding mailers with the record separated from the cover, then inserted together within a clear polyvinyl sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard filler pads within the mailer to ensure optimum protection.
