ELVIS PRESLEY – ELVIS’ GOLDEN RECORDS (LPM-1707) RARE, NM “MONO” REISSUE from 1963-64!
RECORD: NM and the finest copy of this rare variety that I have ever seen! There are only a couple extremely light paper sleeve scuffs seen under a bright light. The vinyl remains as glossy as when it left the Hollywood pressing plant! The labels are also stunning, NM. These all-silver print “MONO” & “STEREO” reissues of 1963-64 are very elusive and highly sought after by collectors. After a short time, they were quickly replaced by the updated “White Top” copies which were the mainstay until late in 1968 when they were replaced by the new orange labels. The matrix numbers on this record end with 10S/10S.
COVER: NM- with just some minor foxing on the back side as well as on the white area along the lower edge on the front. A beautiful, fully original cover! The original “ELVIS’ Great LP Catalog” (40A) inner sleeve is included.
