Starting in January, I will be listing most of my personal collection until all collectible records are sold. What does not sell will be later donated to charity as I am leaving the hobby after collecting for 48 years. I sincerely hope that all my prized records will go to the most avid of collectors like I have been all these years and that they will be proudly owned and well treated. A word about photos; some of the listings will show what may appear to be duplicate images. The reason for this is that some were taken with a flash and others without the flash, especially on LP covers with shrink wrap where there may be backflash.

RECORD: VG+ Rockaway pressing with “The Girl Next Door” as listed as Track 4 on the Side 2 label. The matrix numbers end with 1S/4S. The surfaces are clean and glossy but show several light scuffs and scratches, none of which can be felt with the fingertip. The “Living Stereo” labels are clean and attractive with only a few light spindle marks on the Side 2 label.

COVER: VG++ (EXC) SUPER MEGA-RARE, UNDOCUMENTED variety with no seam splits, tape, writing or pesky staple holes! What makes this cover so UNIQUE? Well, it is my personal belief that the slick was obviously a “left-over” from the very first release because there are no song listings printed on the front and absolutely zero evidence of a yellow sticker ever having been removed from the respective area. What’s more, there is no pre-punched hole at the top-center on the front for which to hang the cover on a door or wall; smooth all the way across! Next, the pocket which holds the record is on the Army uniform (back) side of the gatefold cover and NOT on the “civilian clothes” side as was normal for the initial release! There is only the lightest ring wear visible on this cover. This is a truly undocumented cover variety (it is nowhere to be found in “Presleyana VIII” - Jerry Osborne – 2017), The original “RCA Victor” inner sleeve is included, depicting this very album as well as other LP’s available at the time.

All of the records in my listings are U.S. pressings unless otherwise stated. Payment is expected within 5 (Five) days from close of auction via PAY PAL ONLY – NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE. I normally ship within 3 (Three) business days from close of auction, but please allow a little extra time in the event of a holiday.

All records are shipped in the correct cardboard folding mailers with the record separated from the cover, then inserted together within a clear polyvinyl sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard filler pads within the mailer to ensure optimum protection.
