This week I have some very nice original issue Elvis Presley LPs, 45s and EPs with picture sleeves from my collection. All were purchased from the estate of a little old lady, really! She barely played them but stored them downstairs in her house and some of the 45 sleeves have foxing spots. Some gorgeous looking and sounding vinyl and labels in here. Questions? ELVIS PRESLEY LP ~ ORIGINAL SELF TITLED RCA VICTOR LPM-1254, 1956. Cover overall VG/VG+ with light storage ring wear. Dead wax matrix numbers are G2 PP1282 6S and G2 PP1283 5S. Light pink ELVIS on the cover indicates first issue. Small 1/2" paper loss to edge above the "E" in Elvis. Vinyl and labels are NM and the sound is AMAZING! Original grey RCA sleeve.
SHIPPING NOTE: Records shipped outside the US that sell for over $75 will be shipped priority international, unless we've done business before. I can't afford another pricey record disappearing. 45s are shipped in bags unlimited's best boxes, model m4520, made to hold 15-20 records. 45s are secured in a vinyl 45 sleeve with a flap and sandwiched between custom cut sheets of styrofoam. LPs are shipped in box model mlpb12 boxes, made to hold 12 LPs and are similarly packed. These boxes wholesale for $1 to $1.25 each. I DO NOT use fold up mailers. In addition, ebay now charges a final value fee on seller's shipping charges. Shipping includes delivery confirmation and insurance in the US for all records that sell for more than $50. If I calculate correctly, I don't quite break even on my shipping charges in a given group of auctions. I will not change my method to save a buck, just not worth the hassle to either of us.
PAYMENT NOTE: I used to have a few late paying bidders a year. Nowadays, I have at least one late bidder per auction. Nonpaying bidder notices are automatically sent out 4 days after the auction ends. Don't take it personally. If you need a little more time, please email me before you bid and before the auction is over, usually we can work things out. I'm offering media mail as an option for LP postage in the US but keep in mind it's much, much slower.
