ELVIS PRESLEY Debut album, 12'' LP

RARE USA 1st STEREO pressing, Black RCA Victor "Staggered Stereo label" version, ca. 1962

First pressing (NO RE print) with "A1" stamps in trailout grooves

RARE error?? one label side trailout grooves matrix numbers STAMPED, other side matrix numbers are ENGRAVED (please see the photos!!) 

With original innersleeve!


Rare US pressing from the early 1960s on silver RCA Victor labels with "staggered STEREO" at the bottom! First time when this was released on STEREO, minimal pressing numbers as most records sold back then were Monaural! Matrix numbers in trailout grooves are stamped on one side, other side they are engraved!! Very limited edition overall, released just before the RCA Victors label had white letters on black background! Complete with original innersleeve!

 

Rare US Erstpressung in STEREO von ca. 1962! Sehr seltenes Label mit silberner RCA Victor Schrift und versetztem "STEREO"-Aufdruck! Wurde in dieser Form nur sehr kurze Zeit herausgegeben, bevor auf ein RCA Victor label mit weisser Schrift umgestellt wurde! Matrix-Nummernsatz auf einer Seite eingestanzt, auf der anderen Seite eingraviert! Tolles Sammlerstück, weitaus seltener als die MONO-ERstpressung von 1956!


Condition:

Cover: VG+   very good shape overall, very clean, bright colors, light general wear and signs of aging, tiny seamsplit, spine partly readable, strong wear on seams  sehr guter Allgemeinzustand, sehr sauber, deutliche Alterspuren, Gebrauchsspuren, vor allem Kantenabrieb, minimales seam-split

LP: VG/VG-   very nice condition for its age, some scuffs and light scratches under strong halogen light!   ordentlicher Gesamtzustand für eine LP aus den frühen 1960er Jahren! deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, einige, vor allem leichte Kratzer unter starker Lichtquelle
