I am not an expert... but I believe that this is a very early - if not First Pressing? of a much sought after VERY RARE original "Elvis" album known as "For LP Fans Only"!

I have play tested the vintage record throughout and although it is 60 years old, it still sounds loud and clear in glorious Mono of course! Although there are obviously expected crackles, static background noise and the odd few ticks here and there - I am pleased to say that there are no nasty obtrusive pops/heavy clicks or most importantly - NO JUMPS, STICKS or SKIPS!
I would say that Side 1 plays VG- whilst Side 2 is probably playing as VG or better when taking the age of the vinyl into account!
Visually the Vinyl does have some visible scratches and what appears to be a trickle stain mark, which don't appear to effect the playing of the LP. Visually I suppose it would maybe be G+/VG- I guess, but again... I am not an expert?
The Silver Dot/Spot labels are in lovely condition EX-
The original flip back sleeve is really in pretty nice condition for it's age... I have carefully repaired from the inside a 4/5" inch split along the top edge. Now it is completely secure and now looks like surface cracking with no serious previous damage visible (see photos).
Considering the age all other sides of the laminated sleeve have expected edgewear - slight edge cracking and feathering... a couple of minor tears (one internally secured on back cover insert opening edge ... whilst the other is bottom right corner of front cover on shirt sleeve near insert opening)
Impressively all lamination is intact apart from minor edge nicks and flakes.
There is also very minor, hardly visible, extremely light signs of pen ink above his head on front cover ... I am guessing that perhaps someone's name was written on many moons ago - but mostly it has faded away or disappeared thank goodness over time so that it doesn't interfere at all! I have a real keen eye!
Insert sleeve is poly lined and I guess is from the late 50s/early 60s period?... It suffers from age discolouration, stains and a couple of neatly repaired splits.
I am being very honest, but it's really visually VG compared to others I have seen in the past! A nice, secured example overall!
