Description

ELVIS PRESLEY - G. I. BLUES (LSP-2256) SUPER RARE ALL-SILVER PRINT STEREO REISSUE from 1963-64!

RECORD: VG+ and very solid for the grade with beautiful glossy surfaces! There is just a bit too many light scuffs to warrant a higher grade. This Hollywood pressing was fully tested, and its high fidelity remains strong with no skips or annoying repeats! A few audible “ticks” were detected, but nothing that would be considered as a distraction to the listening enjoyment. This, of course, is an extremely RARE second pressing from 1963-64, with all-silver print and “STEREO” at the base of the labels, replacing the much more common “LIVING STEREO”, of which are ubiquitous in comparison! These labels are clean and original, showing only a few light spindle marks on both sides. This Original Soundtrack Recording was released in October of 1960 and includes “Wooden Heart”. The matrix numbers end with 3S/3S.

COVER: VG++ (EXC) with no seam splits, tape, writing or pesky staple holes! This is a glossy and fully original cover with just some light ring wear as well as some trivial wear at the corner tips. Simply beautiful with bold colors! The original “ELVIS’ Great LP Catalog” from 1963 is included.

GOOD LUCK!

First and foremost, I do NOT practice the use of "file photos" because I do not believe in it. Using file photos can be misleading to unsuspecting buyers to believe that they will receive an item superior to that which they will receive upon purchase. All of the records in my listings are U.S. pressings unless otherwise stated. Payment is expected within 5 (Five) days from close of auction via PAY PAL ONLY – NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE. I normally ship within 3 (Three) business days from close of auction, but please allow a little extra time in the event of a holiday.

All records are shipped in the correct cardboard folding mailers with the record separated from the cover, then inserted together within a clear polyvinyl sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard filler pads within the mailer to best protection.

Returns are accepted if you are not completely satisfied with your item. I stand behind everything sold here on eBay! I strongly believe that my grading of records is spot-on, but we’re all human and something may occasionally be missed upon inspection. I will do my best to ensure customer satisfaction.

2024 marks 47 years of experience for me in this wonderful hobby. I specialize in Elvis Presley because he is "The King".
