You are bidding on an exclusive, limited edition PROMOTIONAL LP still sealed and in mint condition. The LPs were pressed on pink vinyl and available for one day only to mark the re-opening of the HMV Store at 363 Oxford Street, London in October 2013. 

A limited edition of 363 LPs was pressed with the first 100 given away to the first 100 shoppers through the doors. Each LP is numbered and this is number 253 (see photograph). The LP was housed in a plastic envelope which has a shop seal across the opening (see photograph) which means that it can only be opened by tearing the protective sleeve. But then who would want to open it anyway because we've already got the tracks and some lucky people even own the original LP.

So this is an instant ELVIS COLLECTIBLE and one of only 363 in existence. I am selling this copy because I bid on multiple copies and only want to keep one of them.

BUYER INFORMATION

I am a collector and I only sell records from my personal collection. I aim to be totally objective about the records I sell. However please note that unless the play quality is specifically mentioned records are graded visually. I aim to describe the visual appearance of all items accurately using the standards below which are based on the UK Record Collector Price Guide. The highest grade I use now is NEAR MINT. Records graded EX+ or EX++ would probably be called 'near mint' or 'mint' by most sellers. Please READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY and study photographs to avoid disappointment later. The item will not magically transform into a mint copy. I will refund only on items which do not conform to the description and standards set out here.

GRADING SYSTEM

NEAR MINT: The record appears to be in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and other inserts are perfect. For MINT grading see above

EXCELLENT: The item has been played and may have some light surface marks but there is very little, if any, lessening in sound quality. Cover and contents have slight wear.

VERY GOOD: The record has been played quite alot but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Cover and contents show some wear.

GOOD:The record has been played many times and the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably. The cover and contents are often damaged.

I use EX++,EX+,VG++,VG+ as subsidiary gradings. Unless the record is extremely rare I do not sell items which are less than VG in condition.

Check out my feedback and you will feel secure in bidding but please note I cannot guarantee to describe every detail of the record and cover BUT the grading will reflect the general, actual condition. ONLY if the grading does not reflect the overall condition of the item will I refund. But be assured that if there is any major defect not mentioned by me I offer a no quibble guarantee. Secure postage for single LPs is £5.50 (UK first class signed for) and £6.50 (EU). Double LPs £6.50 (UK) and £9.50 (EU). The cost for Special Delivery in the UK is £6.35 extra. The rest of world is 11.00 for single LPs and £15.00 for doubles. Rates for multiple copies and singles vary. International signed or Airsure is recommended for high value items. The charge depends on the weight so please enquire if you want this option, Items over £30 in value are recommended to be sent insured. I obtain a certificate of posting from the UK Post Office for all items. If an item is lost in the post I will claim on the buyer's behalf and reimburse when the Post Office pays compensation. I will refund the full purchase price only. You will see from my feedback that buyers are very positive about the accuracy of the descriptions I provide. It is the buyer's responsibility to read the listing carefully. I will not refund if the buyer has made unwarranted assumptions about the item e.g. that it is a first press if that is not stated.
