Description
ELVIS PRESLEY – HE TOUCHED ME / BOSOM OF ABRAHAM (74-0651) with NM PICTURE SLEEVE!
RECORD: VG++ (EXC) exhibiting full original gloss! However, there are just a few very light scuffs present that should not have much, if any, effect on the audible performance. Within the dead wax trail off, we see “AWKS – 1277” and the “W” is not crossed out and replaced by the correct “P” (as is shown on the label of the record). However, the matrix number ends with “3S” and not “4S”, which denotes the error pressing in which this Hollywood pressing would play at approximately 35 RPM. The labels are beautiful, NM! This scarce hit single was released in March of 1972.
PICTURE SLEEVE: NM with what could be very subtle vertical bends, but I believe is as-made paper wave from the factory. There are absolutely no hard bends or creases anywhere on this sleeve nor is there any trace of ring wear, which often plagues this particular Picture Sleeve. All edges are solid and the corners are sharp! There is no wear along the upper edges from record removal whatsoever. If this sleeve were any nicer, it would grade “MINT”!
GOOD LUCK!
I COMBINE SHIPPING! $3.50 for the first 45 RPM, then 25 cents for each additional. International Shipping is available to select countries. Please do not ask me to check “Gift” instead of “Merchandise” or to declare a low value on the Customs Form! I ship all records in the CORRECT cardboard record mailers, specifically designed for shipping these historic and tough-to-replace treasures to your doorstep in the same condition as when they leave my hands. Items valued at $30 or more will be shipped automatically with insurance at no additional cost to the buyer.
ALL of my records are U.S. pressings unless otherwise stated.
Payment is expected within 5 (Five) days from close of auction via PAY PAL ONLY – NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE. I normally ship within three business days from close of auction, but please allow a little extra time in the event of a holiday.
Returns are accepted if you are not completely satisfied with your item. I strongly believe that my grading of records is spot-on, but we’re all human and something may occasionally be missed upon inspection. I will do my best to ensure customer satisfaction.
2021 marks 43 years of experience for me in this wonderful hobby. I specialize in Elvis Presley.
