Description
This is the ORIGINAL 1956 U.S. RCA VICTOR 78 RPM Issue of the Elvis Presley single titled 'Hound Dog'/' Don't Be Cruel'. It is RCA Victor Records catalog number 20-6604. Record comes packaged in a vintage RCA Victor Records stock 78 RPM sleeve, which has a few wrinkles and a little writing as can be seen in the accompanying image. This record is in much nicer condition than is usually seen - Visual condition of play surface is a sparkling VG++/NM- with all original gloss and just a few very small and light surface marks which cannot be felt and will not affect play. Record has no cracks, surface or sub-surface, no chips, and no warps. Labels have a few light spindle marks, no other flaws. Record will be shipped double packed - The record will first be placed in a standard professional cardboard LP mailer with extra cardboard flats on both sides of the record inside the mailer, and the mailer will then be placed into a larger box with cushioning material on both sides of the mailer inside the outer box. I will cover the cost of postal insurance on this shipment, I would not ship a fragile 78 RPM record uninsured. This beautiful condition 78 would make a choice addition to any Elvis Presley record collection!
