RCA Victor 45N 0816 – ORIGINAL Italian 45rpm with ULTRA RARE Picture Sleeve
An extremely rare 1959 original Italian RCA pressing, featuring one of the scarcest Elvis Presley EP sleeves in existence. This triple-photo sleeve was issued exclusively in Italy and is known as one of the hardest-to-find Elvis picture sleeves worldwide!
This exact sleeve version has surfaced on eBay only ONCE in the last 20 years, back in 2011, where it sold for $295 USD. No other known eBay sales have followed, making this a truly rare and sought-after addition to any serious Elvis collection!
