MEGARARE and Hard-To-Find original RCA Records second Mono press released, made and distributed by RCA Victor Records in Chile in 1960, catalog number 47-7777, with machine etched matrix numbers 47-7777-A in Side A and 47-7777-B R1 in Side B, with white/black RCA Victor Records labels and 3-prong push-out center, with small “RCA Victor” and dog logo at top. Yes, Sirs, ANOTHER FIND from Chile!!!

“It’s Now Or Never” was originally released in USA in 1960 and we didn’t have to wait much because the same year we could see this single released here in Chile. Song titles are written in Spanish, translated to English, with full credits for songwriters and play time of each song, with the price printed in Side A in two currencies, “E° 1,26 ($ 1.260.-)”. So, here you have the chance to get and own this MEGARARE CHILEAN ISSUE of “It’s Now Or Never” by Elvis Presley in this second press with WHITE LABELS, push-out center and Spanish-written song titles. WOW!!! A MUST TO HAVE for all fans and collectors of Elvis Presley and/or early Rock’N’Roll music!!!

This record doesn’t have a cover. The record is in nice VG or VG+ condition both sides, glossy and clean, with some soft scuffs and light hairlines, with a small mark of having received a blow, which don’t affect play at all. Labels are in EX or EX+ condition both sides, clear and clean, with some spindle hole wear, faint age browning and a blemish in Side B. The sound is in strong VG or even VG+ condition both sides, loud, clear and clean, virtually no background noise (surface noise is normal in records from Chile), with constant light crackles and occasional soft clicks here and there, more evident in the first and last seconds of each song, which don’t cause major distraction from the loud and clear sound this record keeps from the beginning to the end, with Side A closer to VG and Side B closer to VG+. Overall, maybe this record is not for the strictest Minty minds or audiophiles, but for sure this is still a great record in this MEGARARE CHILEAN PRESS with Spanish-written song titles and WHITE LABELS, with a very nice glossy look, almost immaculate labels and still a great sound quality after almost 60 years, which won’t disappoint anyone and will satisfy any serious collector who knows the label of rarity of this Chilean single!!! Yes, Sirs, what a FIND!!! Click on the pictures to enlarge and see the labels and cover in detail. WOW!!!

Bid with confidence and don’t wait until the last second because you could lose the chance to get a real collectable record from Chile (South America) in superb condition like this copy is. We don’t use the generic “VG” most of South American sellers use to hide poor quality conditions or “NM” or “Mint” for records which aren’t even clean and sound less than a normal “VG” in professional standards. We use the Record Collector’s Grading System with a little modification: we don’t use MINT grade but for Sealed records and we can use a + or – to show a most professional accurate description.

MINT (M): I only use this grade for Sealed records.

NEAR MINT (NM): The record itself is in like new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality (only some very very very light hairlines caused for the record rubbing the sleeve). The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in like perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality, maybe some surface marks which doesn’t affect play. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

We have an unique value worldwide:

GBP15 for weight until 1kg (usually 1 or 2 records 12" depending on thickness of the vinyl)

GBP25 for weight 1-2kg (usually 3-5 records 12")

GBP10 for one 7” record

All records will be packed outside of the sleeve to avoid damages in the cover and all records will be sent with tracking number via Small Packet or Parcel Post services.
