The time has come for me to thin down my vast collection of Elvis Presley albums and singles as I need to minimize my holdings. I have decided to begin with the AFL1 prefix LP’s, first released in 1977, shortly after Elvis’ untimely demise. Realizing that the Black Label, “Dog Near Top” LSP reissues (1976-77) were pressed in mass abundancy and are mere “player” copies, these AFL1’s are an entirely different story because they were pressed in very short runs and many of them are downright RARE!
ELVIS PRESLEY – IT HAPPENED AT THE WORLD’S FAIR (AFL1-2568) EXTREMELY RARE and HIGHLY ELUSIVE IN ANY GRADE, THIS COPY IS A PRISTINE, STILL SEALED COPY!
RECORD: MINT and assumed to have a pristine AFL1 labeled record, though many of the AFL1 printed covers have an APL1 prefix record accompanying them. No one will ever know unless of course, the sealed shrink wrap is slit open to reveal what is truly inside!
COVER: MINT and still sealed in its original factory shrink wrap! All corners remain sharp and there are no saw cuts, bends or creases whatsoever! Please see all photos. Reportedly, there have only been four previously discovered AFL1 printed copies of “It Happened at the World’s Fair” and two of those were discovered in Ireland with Import stickers placed on them. It could be that the many of these were imported out of country and so very few were made available in the U.S., such as this copy. This album will be shipped Insured Mail at my cost, to U.S. addresses, in a BagsUnlimited “Mighty Music Mailer” with cardboard insert to ensure safe delivery.

First and foremost, I do NOT practice the use of "file photos" because I do not believe in it. Using file photos can be misleading to unsuspecting buyers to believe that they will receive an item superior to that which they will receive upon purchase. All of the records in my listings are U.S. pressings unless otherwise stated. Payment is expected within 5 (Five) days from close of auction via PAY PAL ONLY – NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE. I normally ship within 3 (Three) business days from close of auction, but please allow a little extra time in the event of a holiday.
All records are shipped in the correct cardboard folding mailers with the record separated from the cover, then inserted together within a clear polyvinyl sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard filler pads within the mailer to best protection.
Returns are accepted if you are not completely satisfied with your item. I stand behind everything sold here on eBay! I strongly believe that my grading of records is spot-on, but we’re all human and something may occasionally be missed upon inspection. I will do my best to ensure customer satisfaction.
