This is pressed and released in JAPAN 45rpm EP.
Complete with vinyl cover/poly-lined sleeve and inner company sleeve.
Extremely hard to find even in Japan.
(Catalog# EP-1286)
Sleeve is in EX- condition.(Stain by the ages on the back.Poly-Lined sleeve has slight torn on the edge.
Disc is in EX-/EX-(Side A/B) condition.(a small stamp mark on side A label.)
