ELVIS PRESLEY
LOVING YOU
This auction is for Elvis Presley’s 1958 Loving You 10” soundtrack album in superb condition, the cover is the double laminated (front and rear) version, with a print date shown as JU58/1. Both flipbacks are firm and undamaged, the cover has had sellotape applied to both open edges and top and bottom left hand corners which has yellowed slightly (see photo) and the front picture has just one blemish on Elvis’s chin (see photo) this would be easy to repair with watercolour paint if the new owner wanted to frame the item.
The disc is in excellent condition with no visible marks on the vinyl or label, the label is the RCA silver spot.

Record Rating System
MINT: The record it self is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging may have slight wear and/or creasing
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of the edges, spine splits and discolouration.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise. It may even jump. The cover will be torn, stained, and/or defaced.
BAD: The record is unplayable and might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
The necessary small print:
This item is honestly described. Should you feel the item is not as described please contact me first and I will endeavor to rectify the problem.
Payment for the item MUST be received within 4 days of the end of the auction unless agreed otherwise. Non-paying bidders will be reported to e-bay.
The item will be released upon receipt of cleared funds which will typically take up to 5 working days after receipt of payment in the case of a crossed Postal Order or cheque/bankers draft. The winning bidder will be notified of receipt of payment and when the item has been posted. Postage will be by Royal Mail 2nd Class and I will obtain proof of postage. Current standard insurance cover on the quoted postage is £20.00, if you require more cover please contact me prior to payment.
Overseas claims for non delivery can only be accepted if International Signed For is used, standard delivery is at buyers own risk, proof of posting will be provided.
Collection in person is no problem but obviously will require payment by cash only.
Feedback will be posted on receipt of buyers.
