Description
While there are many issues of Elvis Presley 1254, all are his first record, but there is only ONE first pressing, and this is it. On the last song of side one, Just Because, is credited P.D. or Public Domain. All other pressings credit Bob Shelton and others. After the first release, the song was credited to them because of a Copy Right Infringement Suit which they won. The record shows wear, scratches and scuffs, making it a VG. One thing about vinyl from the '50s, it can look so so and still play ok. This Lp wasn't tested (my turn-table no longer turns.)There are small name and address stickers on both labels. The cover shows minor wear on the top seam, but it isn't split. Elvis is written in pale pink. RCA Victor LPM-1254 box, is in the top right corner.
