Description
ELVIS PRESLEY – MILKCOW BLUES BOOGIE / YOU’RE A HEARTBREAKER (447-0603) A “GOLD STANDARD SERIES” SINGLE FROM 1959
This Indianapolis pressing grades VG+ with many light scuffs and scratches, none of which can be felt with the fingertip. Both sides have been fully play-tested and the sound remains very crisp and clear with just some minor surface noise on the “Milkcow Blues Boogie” side. The “Dog on Top” labels are without surface wear, but show some fingerprinting as well as minor wear about the center hole. This single was originally released as SUN 215 and later as RCA Victor 47-6382 in December of 1955. This is the 1959 reissue on the “Gold Standard Series”, which are quite scarce in their own right. The matrix numbers end with 2S/1S, respectively.
GOOD LUCK!
