ELVIS PRESLEY----This is Elvis' very 1st record album LPM-1254. Self Titled. VERY 1st pressing with the PD CREDIT on the last song. Original rice/ wax paper inner sleeve. Lowest Matrix # G2PP-1283 1S.  

 The album that started it all. This iconic records influence can still be felt today. Elvis was one of the top earners in show business last year.
The first release of this record credited the song writing to the song "Just Because" to P.D. - Public Domain. You can only imagine how surprised the authors were to find they weren't able to get on the gravy train.
The song writing credits were quickly changed on subsequent pressings. The record guides don't mention this fact. But serious record collectors look for this issue.

The cover has some shelf wear, no writing stickers or ring wear. The rice inner sleeve is perfect. The record has no chips, stickers or writing, has a few feather scratches, looks hardly played.
