ELVIS PRESLEY SP 45-139 “ROUSTABOUT” B/W “ONE TRACK HEART” 45rpm RECORD W/WHITE LABEL PROMO LABEL ON RECORD W/RARE PICTURE SLEEVE. HEAVILY DEBATED ON WHICH SLEEVE THIS RECORD CAME WITH. The internet site www.elvisrecords.com (one can visit this site and type record number SP 45-139 to read their opinion) states that it could’ve possibly came with the black and white picture sleeve I have displayed, a color picture sleeve of same photograph as this black and white one, or finally some say it came with a RCA orange, white, & black generic sleeve (shown in my pictures & comes with this listing), but I believe it comes with this black and white picture sleeve. I’ve added a picture sleeve of the “How Great Thou Art” black and white picture sleeve (front and back) to show that RCA did use black and white picture sleeves for Radio Promos during that era. However, Roustabout was the last record RCA did for Elvis’ Radio Promos, and this one was never released to the public for sale except for the full length Roustabout LP album. The record will be shipped via USPS MEDIA MAIL once payment is made. THERE WILL BE NO OUT OF COUNTRY SALES, AND IT WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE LOWER 48 USA STATES!!! ALL SALES FINAL!!!

I added the picture of the front and back of that picture sleeve to show the other known BLACK AND WHITE PICTURE SLEEVE RCA MADE AND DISTRIBUTED TO radio stations to house the PROMOTIONAL USE RECORDS.
