Here's a clean playing stereo issue of his groundbreaking second album..
Issued on RCA in 1961? (that's what the label says,but the JT tax code in the run out grooves suggests 1968).... SF 7528..UK pressing..It comes in a front laminated sleeve.
It's on the small RCA label..The matrix numbers are:..1G on each side...The mothers and stampers are: 1I on each side..(These are Decca mothers and stampers..Was this pressed at one of Decca's pressing plants?.
Play grade:..Easily EX..NO clicks or pops and a clean undistorted sound..
Visual grade:..Ex minus..Maybe slightly less..There are a couple of light scuffs on the A side but no nasty scratches..The disc still has a nice sheen as well...
Have a listen to the sound clip..It's taken direct from the record with no audio software used to alter the sound quality...
The labels:.. Undamaged..There is visible spindle wear...
The sleeve..VG..It does'nt have any serious defects but there are a few laminate creases to the front and the back has some light discolouring and dischape..
There are no rips,tears,seamsplits,sellotape,stains,fingerprints,biro or scribble and all the text on the spine is legible....
UK buyers are welcome to collect this in person or collect it from The Southend Record Fair (9th March) and then the second Sunday in each month)..Where there are LOADS of great albums and singles offered for sale...
