ELVIS PRESLEY – ROUSTABOUT (LSP-2999) STUNNING FIRST PRESSING in ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP!

RECORD: VG++ (EXC) with beautiful glossy surfaces! There is just a small number of very light paper sleeve scuffs present which will have no effect on the audible performance. This Indianapolis pressing will play beautifully! The labels, with “RCA Victor” now in white lettering in place of silver, are Near Mint! An interesting item of note is the Hollywood pressing plant, who didn’t get the memo about the label design change until a few weeks later! Hollywood pressed this title using the older “Silver Top” labels, initially, and they are very scarce today, especially the STEREO copies. This Original Soundtrack Recording was released in October of 1964.

COVER: NM with approximately 75% of the original shrink wrap holding on tightly to the cover. A piece of shrink has torn away from the back side. The original store price sticker of $3.97 remains fully affixed on the front. Some minor bending is seen to the lower right corner tip. The original “ELVIS’ Great LP Catalog” (40B) inner sleeve is included. The original owner wrote “Roustabout” on the upper edge of both sides of this sleeve with a red ball-point pen. He/she also placed several check marks beneath many of the Elvis albums depicted on the sleeve. A devoted fan!

All records are shipped in the correct cardboard folding mailers with the record separated from the cover, then inserted together within a clear polyvinyl sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard filler pads within the mailer to best protection.
