The Jacket is in Good Condition, split seams, ring wear, rough edges,  The Record is in Very Good Condition,  surface wear and plays very good on my turntable

Values are based on Tim Neely: Goldmine Standard Catalog of American Records 4th & 5th Editions.

SS Still Sealed: appears unplayed or factory sealed
NEAR-MINT: no visible flaws
VERY GOOD PLUS: light wear; a previous owner took good care
VERY GOOD: surface wear, some scuffs, still playable/enjoyable 
GOOD : Surface scuffed, some scratches, rarity makes it worth keeping
FAIR : all the above only plays without skipping, again rarity makes it worth keeping
