ELVIS PRESLEY "SPOTLIGHT ON ELVIS" 2 LP. INCL "WHEN THE SNOW IS ON THE ROSES".
Here is "SPOTLIGHT ON ELVIS" 2Lp set. Cover shows wear & true to form with lousy U.S covers both bottom & top have seam splits. I have just put these through my OKKI NOKKI record cleaning machine & usually I would then put my records into anti static inserts but for originality I will put these back in their paper sleeves for you, so you will sadly see some dust from the paper but rest assured, they've had a thorough cleaning. See 8th pic ... & no the machine isn't included ;-)
Sides 1 & 2 show with much shine & shows slight scuffs which are hard to decipher whether poor handling or simply a poor pressing as so many were at this time.
Side 1 plays great with just the very occasional crackle. Side 2 plays great but with the faintest of crackles in parts. Side 3 has some slight scuffs but plays well with only occasional faint crackles. Side 4 has a faint scratch which causes some faint clicking on "Polk Salad Annie" but otherwise plays well.
After 40 years of collecting all manner of things from the 40's, 50's & 60's, my house is full & it's time to turn some of it loose. In the coming months I will be selling Lps, furniture, vintage clothes, vintage car parts etc etc etc! Please save me as a seller if you too are into this era & especially Elvis & other R'n'R as I will also be listing lots of Elvis & various R'n'R U.S & U.K LPs & a few European ones too & also other collectables.
