Description

ELVIS PRESLEY STORY – 13 LP SET PROMO 1975 (pink letter label version). WATERMARK (SP) EPS 1A-13B. 13 lps, 13 hours of Elvis Presley music (hundreds of Elvis songs) and rare interviews. Monumental undertaking for the time. Two versions were released.  This earlier 1975 version being the rarer. The 1977 version (blue letters label) was reformatted on the last disc, due to Elvis’death. These massive sets were only sent to selected radio stations across the U.S., not available to the general public. Includes a 1977 manual of operations (The Final Tribute) which is identical to the 1975 formatted manual, only slight difference is the ending page of this 1977 operations manual... it mentions Elvis' death and this set of 13 lps you are bidding on are from 1975... two years before his death (see last jpg).   Original COLUMBIA record mailing box is also included.  Record side 1A (1st album) has non removeable residue stain which will affect the play on this side only (1st half hour), the flip side is playable. Record album 12A has some light scuffs. Other than Side 1A, the flip side of that 1st lp and all other 12 lps are in clean shiny VG++ condition. Hours and hours of listening pleasure await you.  NO RESERVE.  Don't pass it up!  Winner pays for postage. Foreign bidders contact us for postage amount. Paypal payment accepted. Have fun bidding! >>>>>> NOTE: Media Mail from Hawaii could take up to 5-6 weeks of delivery time. If you're not a patient person...please don't bid. <<<<<<
