This is an auction for an ORIGINAL RARE and HARD TO FIND single sided 6 and 3/4" 1956 flexi / cardboard disc of Elvis Presley - The Truth About Me Released by Rainbo. records in 1956. by special permission of RCA Victor
This hard to find flexi was originally released with the Magazine " Elvis Answers Back" (this auction is for the disc alone!)
No copy of the magazine is included with this auction!
The flexi was mounted onto the cardboard instructions to make it playable on a record player at 78rpm.
The labels and the cardboard backing have NO WRITING!
I have play tested this and It plays all the way through with the arm weighted Until you get to the last sentence where it sticks.
Looking at it I think it is because the very small trail off at the end overlaps with the layer of the centre label due to playing at 78rpm ( if it was to play at 45 or 33 it would complete no problem)
With that in mind I have reduced the price but would still look great framed or if you have the patience you may be able to realign the flexi onto the card.
