ELVIS PRESLEY | The King In the Ring | RSD 2018 Brand New 2x LP RED Vinyl Numbered 3718. Shrink wrapped new.
This was Elvis's NBC studio comeback special recorded live on June 27th 1968. Two shows were recorded at 6pm and at 8pm. Both shows are included in this 50th anniversary set. Each show a bit unique as it was live and Elvis was in the moment and at his very best. This was a big deal at the time for the network, his fans and for Elvis's career. A new generation of performers had started to outshine his popularity but he proves here that he still had "it" and was definitely "The King" the original.
