​Up for sale is an exceptionally well-preserved, one-owner copy of Elvis Presley’s 1971 4-LP box set, The Other Sides - Worldwide Gold Award Hits, Vol. 2 (RCA Victor – LPM-6402).


​This is not a pieced-together set from various sources. I purchased this copy brand new as a child back in the early 1970s and have personally cared for it ever since. It has been housed safely in its protective plastic wrap for over 50 years, making it a beautiful, honest piece of music history.


​The Condition Breakdown:


  • ​The Vinyl (EXCELLENT / UNPLAYED): All 4 records are in beautiful, unplayed condition. To ensure they stay that way, they have been carefully transferred into premium archival inner sleeves to keep them in excellent condition and free from paper scuffs. The original paper inner sleeves are also included and remain in excellent condition.

  • ​The Box (VG++): This heavy cardboard outer box is structurally perfect with absolutely no split corners or split seams—a major rarity for this title. The graphics are bright, clean, and vibrant. There is some honest amount of shelf wear on the front and typical, light age-related foxing on the porous interior cardboard, which is completely expected for a genuine 1971 pressing.

  • ​The Swatch (EXCELLENT): Includes the original, rare RCA promo envelope containing an authentic swatch of Elvis's personal wardrobe fabric. The envelope is in very good condition. See photos.

  • ​The Poster (EXCELLENT): Includes the massive 11" x 33" full-color pull-out portrait reproduction, beautifully preserved and never displayed. There is some light foxing on the back of the poster.
